This report demonstrates the efforts to increase bizyaab.com usability quality.
Bizyaab is an online directory application that helps Persian businesses to advertise for their
services and products. Due to usability issues, website traffic volume has not been increased
since the first launch. Therefore, an overhaul design strategy is chosen to resolve these
problems. There are multiple user interface modules for this website, but the focus of this
report will be on the landing page. An iterative strategy is used to develop prototypes and
final implementation. Two usability tests one for the current design and one for the new
implementation were done, and metrics were collected to analyze the level of usability
improvement for studied tasks in this application. Read the article
